The objective is to ensure that constitutional guarantees relating to equality, religious freedom, due process, and public order are applied fairly and consistently.

This initiative is dedicated to protecting and restoring the institutional, cultural, and spiritual integrity of temples and other Dharmic institutions. It addresses issues concerning state control, mismanagement, encroachment, degradation of heritage structures, and legal barriers affecting restoration or administration. The broader aim is to preserve India's civilizational heritage while promoting transparent, community-oriented, and legally compliant governance of temples, pilgrimage routes, and sacred sites.

This area focuses on legal and policy mechanisms concerning religious conversions carried out through coercion, fraud, inducement, exploitation of vulnerability, or opaque funding structures. It seeks to strengthen transparency, informed consent, and constitutional accountability while respecting legitimate religious freedom under law. Work under this vertical may include public interest litigation, legal research, policy recommendations, and assistance in cases involving unlawful conversion practices.

This vertical aims to promote balanced, accurate, and civilizationally rooted representation of Indic traditions, history, philosophy, and knowledge systems within educational, academic, and cultural institutions. It includes engagement with curriculum reform, academic research, preservation of indigenous intellectual traditions, and corrective responses to distortions or misrepresentations in public discourse. The objective is to encourage informed scholarship and cultural continuity within constitutional and democratic frameworks.

This initiative focuses on ensuring lawful, equitable, and non-discriminatory application of civic, municipal, and public order laws, particularly in matters affecting temples, heritage zones, public access, and sacred spaces. It includes addressing illegal encroachments, environmental degradation around pilgrimage areas, misuse of public land, and unequal regulatory enforcement. The emphasis remains on lawful civic administration, preservation of shared spaces, and protection of cultural continuity.

This vertical addresses malicious defamation, hate speech, misinformation, and targeted denigration directed at Hindu deities, traditions, institutions, or communities. It seeks to use lawful remedies including complaints, litigation, regulatory engagement, and strategic advocacy to uphold dignity, prevent incitement, and ensure accountability in media, entertainment, academia, and digital platforms. The larger objective is to encourage responsible discourse while protecting constitutional values of dignity and public harmony.
